Prenatal

$250

The doula will provide one in person or virtual 1–2-hour meeting. This service includes discussing comfort measures and creating birth and postpartum plan. Additional $25/hr for services such as nursery setup support, meal preps, and light house keeping.

Birth Doula

$1,500

Two prenatal planning sessions
On-call 24/7 from 38 weeks onward. I am a call away for support, questions or reassurance.
Two prepared meals during your postpartum visit (client provides food).
Three hours of in-home postpartum support. Where we'll discuss labor experience, help with newborn care, light house duties and support birth parent with transition.

A 50% retainer is due at the time of signing, with the total investment divided into two parts.

Birth and Postpartum Doula combined package

$3,000

This package will include the Birth Doula package. I will also assist you with postpartum care for the first two months, 2 days a week, (8) hour shift, answering your questions and providing guidance on infant care, breastfeeding, and more. A travel fee is necessary for distances exceeding 25 miles.

Postpartum Care

$40/hr

Services are offered from birth through 12 weeks post delivery. These services include, but are not limited to newborn care, breastfeeding assistance, referrals, and household/nursery organization.

Services may include, but are not limited to breastfeeding help, newborn care while parents sleep, safe sleep practices, and light house cleaning.
