As a passionate doula, I am dedicated to providing emotional, educational, and physical support throughout your pregnancy, labor and postpartum period. I believe every individual or family should feel empowered, safe and confident when the day nears to give birth. How do I ensure this? By assisting you with having the knowledge and tools to make informed decisions for yourself and your baby. I support births via hospital, home or birthing center. It would be an honor to serve you throughout the sacred experience of birth and transition into parenthood.

To provide you with evidence based information and resources in areas of prenatal care, labor, delivery, and postpartum
To support you with understanding and knowing your options for care
To support you with feeling seen and heard throughout your journey
To facilitate peaceful relations between you and your care team
To assist your partner and family with learning how to support you before, during, and after birth
To inspire your confidence as a parent and give you the tools to advocate for yourself
